Our Goat Yoga classes feature friendly rescue baby goats from Kaizen Ridge Farm who love to jump, cuddle, and interact with guests throughout the session. No yoga experience is required—just bring a yoga mat and a sense of humor as our playful goats make every class a unique and unforgettable experience.
